Thank you for shopping with LaRue’s Candle Works. Each candle is hand-dressed, packaged with care, and prepared for safe delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Because our candles are prepared by hand, processing times may vary during product launches, holidays, custom order periods, or high-volume sales.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, package size, and delivery location.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, or another available carrier depending on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout.

Glass Candle Shipping

Our candles are packaged carefully to help protect the glass during transit. However, once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, LaRue’s Candle Works is not responsible for delays, mishandling, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier.

If your candle arrives broken or damaged, please review our Refund & Return Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Clear photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. LaRue’s Candle Works is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once tracking shows that an order has been delivered, LaRue’s Candle Works is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Local Delivery or Pickup

If local delivery or pickup is available, details will be provided at checkout or announced during specific product releases.

Weather Considerations

Candles may be sensitive to extreme heat or cold during transit. Please retrieve your package promptly after delivery and avoid leaving candles outside, in mailboxes, or in direct sunlight for extended periods.
